Founded as a sourcing firm in May 1999, we worked with recruiters and talent acquisition teams to source and screen passive candidates in the IT, telecom, financial services, construction, retail, and hospitality industries. As we grew, we expanded into a full-service search firm and added HCM, payroll software, benefits, and PEO to our industries of expertise.

As the recruitment industry evolves, so do we. In 2019, we rebranded as HireTalent RPO, moving away from traditional recruitment to offer solutions-based recruiting strategies.
